Winter is very strict and is not afraid to pick a fight with those who are larger than him. Some like to say that the coldness of Freezeover has frozen her heart and turned it cold, but in reality, Winter is generally very well-meaning and simply wants to protect his people as best as possible.
Story
After witnessing her blade-wielding skills and leadership of her small friend group, Winter was appointed the first District Leader of Freezeover by King Azuroth himself. Since Freezeover handles the production of lots of Magic Weapons, he also thought that Winter would be a good fit for the job.
Winter oversees the creation of magic items and weapons, and can easily see if an item is fit for distribution or not. It all depends on the make of the item.
He is also very willing to provide for all of Freezeover's small population, going off on hunts with his powerful hunting group and bringing back lots of food and pelts for his people.
