Descended from a long line of mortal God-kings, Damien is the current-day ruler of the Mirror Planes. He may come off as stern to most, but he is surprisingly quite friendly. (Just don't talk to him when he's tired.)
Outside of work and family, however, he does prefer a bit of solitude every now and again.
Story
Before Demi entered his life, Damien was originally quite the solitary type. Which was a difficult thing to deal with as ruler of the Mirror Planes. Being constantly barraged with questions, Damien sought an escape from the work life. He began exploring the surface world, undercover as an ordinary (yet unnaturally tall) human being.
On the surface, he met many people, but one human in particular managed to steal his heart for just one night.
As life continued onward, Damien realized the importance of his work as Lord. He rarely goes out to the surface anymore, but he does let Demi on the surface under babysitter supervision. Deep down, however, Damien longs to escape again, even if it's just for a little while..
